CALLOUT IT SUPPORT SERVICE

(i) Callout on Contract: this type of callout is done when the client has signed contract for ICT Maintenance service and is not chargeable to the client. In other words this call out is free for clients that are on ICT maintenance service contract.

(ii) Callout non Contract: in order to accommodate everyone in the market we have recently introduced the callout non Contract service which will accommodate all those client that are not able to be on contract but still need the ICT support service . This service enables the client to call for ICT support from Technosoft and the invoice for the service will be sent to the client later.

(iii) This will help the client to appreciate the service and make sure that the problems has been resolved

(iv) It enables the client to have rapid response from Technosoft.
